recieved my pakage, really love it. but is it sent in multiple packages because i only recieved about half of it? sorry if this has been answered and im just not paying enough attention
For the love of god never use FedEx for shipping to Australia again. Trying to get my package has been an absolute nightmare.
They are trying to deliver it to me on a work day. If you cant be there to pick it up you can only pick it up from a depot that is like 40 minutes away and is only open from 930am to 4pm.
Not only this they sent me an email saying i should pick up from an address that is 20 minutes away from the actual depot. So i took off early from work just to go to someplace in the middle of no where
Has anyone received any tracking information yet I haven't got mine and I'm sure all.my email addresses are right. Not sure it makes a difference but I was a day one backer. Thought I might have had the tracking early
Hey Pickle, people will receive trackings during this week and the next. If next week you don't have a number, contact me at frontdesk@acidhouseterrain.com
Hi.
I don't know whether I needed to have provided shipping info on this website, or if my shipping info from my Kickstarter account was used? I have not yet received a shipping email as far as I can tell.
I have removed private mode from both profiles, but probably because I did not see Gamefound as a website until the day I posted my previous comment, I was not able to add a shipping address here. I assume I still need to send it somewhere, then?
The first boxes are heading towards the fulfillment center, so technically yes. However they still have to be processed by the fulfillment center and then delivered by FedEx.
I already received the fantasy terrain set that I bought from your store and set it up this morning - everything is perfect! Super fast and easy to set up and tear down, everything looks great and seems solid and durable, I couldn't be more pleased! These kits are genius, really well designed.
Anyway, highly recommended if anybody is on the fence! Really looking forward to the Cyberpunk and Sci Fi kits now more than ever. :)
Hello, I'm very interested in this terrain - I own a lot of terrain already but it takes up way too much space. A couple questions:
1. If I want to get it all (cyberpunk, sci fi and fantasy), should I get sci fi and cyberpunk here and fantasy through your website?
2. What's the estimated deadline for the closing of the pledge manager?
Thanks, this stuff looks awesome and exactly like what I need! :)
Hey Crabby, now that I think of it, you're right, I think the system doesn't let me separate the products. The best option is to order the fantasy on my website and get it right away and then pre-order the other two sets on gamefound.
Bests,
Màrius
Sounds good, just bought a fantasy set from your website and I'll be sure to grab the other two sets here before the pledge manager closes. Thanks again!
Buenas noches Marius.
Vuelve a provar y me dices!
In the timeline, you shared the info that Pledge Manager will be closed in December. Based on that, I postponed my payment till I could raise enough funds. I was going to take 50% cyberpunk + 2 unchecked developments for my friends. Now I see all of them are 'unavailable'. Will they be anyhow available in December, before Pledge Manager closure? If no, I'd be very disappointed by the fact there was no previous info on their limited availability :/
Hey Kamilovy, I see the issue here. I think that every time I announce that the printing starts, I mention that the amount of units is set (because I need to make an order to the manufacturer). I have to admit that maybe I should have made a dedicated post with a flashy headline to make that info more noticiable, my apologies.
If you still want more structures, I've made a quick check and you could order an additional 100% set which would give you something super close to the two Unchecked Developments. I know it's not exactly the same but it's super close in terms of price and content.
Another option would be to wait until the shipping phase starts and contact me again to see if there are enough leftovers to make a couple more add-ons. It's a bit of a stretch, but if we're lucky maybe we can pull it out.
I'm reading your updates and I love the fact they are regular and weekly!!! I had to skip that info... Most kickstarters I've been into raise funds first, then print and deliver, so being used to that process I've assumed yours is the same. Thanks for claryfying!
Edit: please check your infographics with timeline on main project page, it states December is the month with pledge manager closure and printing start... that was my hook.
You're totally right, that piece of info is misleading. That's the complexity of KS, even if you pull off to be ahead of schedule, there can be collateral damage.
In my defense though, on top of the timeline there's a disclaimer stating "timeline may vary" XD
Hey Marius, two quick questions:
1) I had backed the previous campaign 50% sci-fi and now that I'm getting really into Infinity I wanted to expand the table. Does another 50% set build into the 4'x4'? (Only asking because the 50% says ~32"x35" instead of 32"x36")
2) I can't seem to find my connectors after some serious house reorganizing! Is there a way to add an extra 15 connectors to come with my order?
Yeah, there's a very small difference due to the units used. The 100% it's really a 120x120cm square which is super close to a 4'x4' but is not exactly the same dimensions. That's why I always present it as "4'x4' approx." Having said that, the 50% has 6 terrain tiles and the 100% has 12, so buying another 50% will effectively translate into a 4'x4' box, even building-count-wise.
About the connectors, I could find some but it's extremely difficult for me to keep track of this kind of "tickets" and remember them just when the boxes are being packed, I run low on RAM usually. So, the answer is yes, but in order to make it work, you should email me when I announce on KS that we are getting boxes ready for shipping. That way I think I can make it.
Hope this helps and thanks for your support!
