By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final appearance, materials, and content of the rewards (and the campaign) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented while the campaign project is active.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship the products as entered into the pledge manager system, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities (except for countries with "friendly shipping"), providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.

Pledge manager and address data

You accept a responsibility to log in your Gamefound account and confirm your order in the pledge manager within 4 weeks of our notification. If you do not log in to your Gamefound account and confirm your order within 4 weeks of our notification, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. However, we may, at our discretion, refund or ship your order if you contact us and confirm your order after the 4 week window has elapsed. Unconfirmed orders make it difficult for us to plan production and logistics. This notification will be sent out shortly before the start of fulfillment.

Missing packages.

You accept a responsibility to contact us within 4 weeks after the end of fulfillment in your region (the end of fulfillment will be announced via a monthly update) in case you did not receive your order. We will then work on sending you a replacement (or refunding the order in full, if the items are out of stock). If you do not contact us within this 4 week window, we may, or may not, at our discretion, refund or ship a replacement.

Replacements (Broken or missing items, lost/stolen packages).

You accept a responsibility to contact us within 4 weeks after the end of fulfillment (the end of fulfillment will be announced via a monthly update) in case your order has any missing or broken items. We will work hard to get a replacement sent, after a photo of the defect is provided.

If you contact us about missing or damaged items after this 4 weeks period, we may or may not be able to send the replacements.

We will not be able to provide a replacement in case of theft, loss, or any other event that is not a manufacturing defect.

We will not be able to replace damaged boxes.
