Backers have now been sent an email notification on the same email address you provided for the pledge. Remember that emails many times can end up in your spam folder, so please check there and on our crowdfunding campaign page. Pledges that are not confirmed before we close the pledge manager closed will be processed as donations. Once a date is set to close the pledge manager, we will again send out an email notification. We suggest you check the pledge manager regularly and finalize your pledge early.

EU and UK Backers: If you pledge during the campaign and you are from the EU or the UK, VAT will be added to your pledge. During the Pledge Manager, those who pledged during the campaign (and are from the EU or UK) will have to pay for shipping for any additional products selected. You will also be charged VAT for the shipping and any additional products. Please note the VAT on what you selected during the campaign has already been included and paid for. VAT is not included in the shipping cost and will be a separate line item within the order.

All orders placed after the crowdfunding campaign in the Pledge Manager (also known as late pledges) will have all shipping and taxes charged at one time. If products are selected in the Pledge Manager, you will be required to select your country, and if you are from the EU or the UK, VAT will be added to your order when finalized all at once.

What Does Friendly Shipping Mean?

In most cases, you should not have to deal with any paperwork or additional fees associated with receiving your pledge package (customs, clearance, taxes, etc.), but we can not guarantee this, nor is LnLP responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be applied to your pledge package. Friendly Shipping areas normally provide lower shipping rates for our backers in these areas.

If I Am In A Friendly Shipping Area, Do I Still Have to Pay VAT?

YES, if you are a backer in the EU or the UK. Some backers think that if a pledge ships from within the EU or the UK, there are no VAT fees, but this is not correct. The VAT still has to be collected and paid on all pledges with the EU and the UK.

If any additional shipping costs are required, we estimate it to be approximately between $5.00 to $10.00 USD.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or areas in conflict or in a state of emergency. We also do not ship to the following countries. Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Myanmar, North Korea, Ukraine, Venezuela, or Russia.
