D.E.I. is our thirteenth crowdfunding project. In recent years we have learned a lot, especially from the many difficulties that can occur during the production and fulfillment processes. During the last year we worked hard on planning, and training, reviewed several internal and external processes, and we hired new staff members in critical areas, with the aim of improving timing while maintaining high quality.

We are aware that many internal and external factors can intervene during the production of large and complex projects.

We all hope that in the future we will no longer have to deal with global pandemics or geopolitical conflicts, but events of this type can’t be predicted and can’t be ignored in the management of projects launched on Gamefound.

At this time we have successfully delivered the following projects: Nova Aetas, Sine Tempore, Black Rose Wars, Dungeonology, and D.E.I. - Divide Et Impera. Runar, our latest project funded in November 2022, is currently under development and we plan to deliver it by December 2023. The Breach are in the final stage of development. Black Rose Wars: Rebirth will be delivered during summer 2023. Nova Aetas Renaissance is our most ambitious and complex game, we have divided its expedition into 2 waves of which the first will be delivered during summer 2023.

D.E.I. is a Ludus Magnus Studio game that had receiving many certificates of appreciation in various locations around the world.

We already managed with the factory all the agreements for this new production.

As you can see from our pictures, the expansion Faith & Anarchy is almost ready and well-tested, but we still need to complete working on this expansion. We expect D.E.I. to be delivered by the end of 2023.

However, these are unique times and we will keep our backers updated on any unforeseen issues that may arise. After the campaign for D.E.I., we will use our pledge manager system to send a survey to the email associated with your Gamefound account. You will be able to choose your add-on and provide your shipping information at that time. If you change the address before we ship your rewards, you will be able to access your survey up until a few weeks before we ship.

SHIPPING POLICY

It’s ultimately your responsibility to respond to our post-campaign survey to claim your rewards and to give us information about your shipping address and add-on choices. If you ignore our last call email for more than 4 weeks we will consider your pledge a donation and we won’t be able to ship you a reward.

If the game fails to arrive because of your mistake (wrong address, recipient absent, failure to pick up at courier/postal warehouse, etc.), any additional shipping/warehousing cost for us to re-send/re-deliver your game will be your responsibility. This also includes the costs associated with returning the game.

If, after investigation, it becomes clear that the error was on our part, we will resend your package at our expense.

If the package is lost, destroyed, or damaged, the carrier will be held solely responsible. Any customer claim to the carrier needs to be made at the time of delivery, and not later than 3 working days to us. If the package seems damaged, please ask the postal carrier to make you a receipt "accepted with reserve". Please note that we will not reship any game without first investigating what happened to the first shipment.

If your game arrives with missing or damaged components (excluding the external game box), provide us with proof and we will substitute them once we have verified the damage.

Due to high cost of shipping and potential risk of damage, external game boxes will not be replaced.

If you live outside of the countries specified as "friendly", customs taxes may be added. Please check your country's rules and regulations as this aspect will not be our responsibility.

We regret we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Burma (Myanmar), Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. We could add more countries to this list at a later date.

DELIVERY

Our experience in our previous crowdfunding campaigns has shown us that there can be variances in terms of timing and staying on schedule when it comes to anything produced in China, such as Production Delays, Shipping Delays, and Customs Delays.

At the same time, there are also unpredictable factors; recently it was the Coronavirus outbreak and the invasion of Ukraine, but there can be others such as weather conditions, strikes, and others.

The estimated delivery date for this project is December 2023, but please bear in mind this is only an estimate. Also, due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions of the world may receive their rewards sooner than others. We will keep you updated with up-to-date information in the Gamefound update section.
