During the crowdfunding campaign you can freely modify or cancel the order. Gamefound only collects your payment at the end of a successfully funded campaign.

Once a crowdfunding campaign has been successfully completed, you may as a backer cancel your pledge and request a refund.

However, that refund will cover only 85% of the amount you pledged during the campaign. The remaining 15% cannot be refunded due to various non-refundable fees we were or will be obliged to pay.

Please note that if you have NOT used the project’s native currency to pay for your pledge, the refund amount may be affected by the current exchange rate of the currency you used.

If we have already started the printing, packaging and/or assembly process for your pledge, which normally happens a few weeks before shipping, then we can no longer issue the refund.
