After the campaign's end.

As a backer you may cancel your pledge at any time after the end of the Gamefound campaign* and request a refund. However, that refund will cover only 85% of the amount you pledged during the campaign. The remaining 15% cannot be refunded due to various non-refundable fees we were or will be obliged to pay.

Please note that if you have NOT used the project’s native currency to pay for your pledge, the refund amount may be affected by the current exchange rate of the currency you used.

*If we have already started the packaging and assembly process for your pledge, which usually happens a few weeks before shipping, then we can no longer issue the refund. We will keep you informed of the entire production, packaging, and shipping process via our updates.

Complaints deadline.

We will no longer accept complaints about this campaign's products after 12 months from the game's date of availability/shipping date. Complaints must reach us within seven days from the delivery date for any shipping-related problems, like damage or missing items inside the shipping package.

Undelivered shipments

Undelivered shipments and/or missing or damaged parts must be reported within 90 days of us sending you a shipping notice via email. In such cases, it is our responsibility to take care of successfully delivering your reward or replacement parts to you. After the 90 days have expired, however, we may treat shipments as successfully delivered and any potential replacements will be entirely at our discretion.
