Shipping has increased steeply around the world due to the pandemic, raising fuel prices, international conflicts, and much more. In fact one of the reasons we’re doing this support campaign is because the complexity of the ICE project caused multiple delays, and our shipping quote skyrocketed in the interim.

Thankfully this campaign features items that are readily available, or (if new) will be produced quickly and shipped (at the very latest) by the beginning of 2024. This means the shipping estimates below represent the best prices we can offer as of the date of this campaign’s launch. We will continue to look for the most reliable, cost-efficient way to make these items reach you.

For EU and UK based backers, VAT is included and you will not need to pay additional VAT to receive your package.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

ICE Artbook (digital): July

ICE boxes (Core & Collector): August Delivery for most backers. Please note that ALL ICE rewards also contain the ICE Companion Set, and therefore we need to add in the last reward delivery date. But ICE will ship much sooner! And you are paying only one shipping price shown, despite the two waves of shipping.

ICE Artbook (hardcover): August — in most cases, if you are getting both an ICE box and the Artbook, they should be shipped together. In some cases, we may need to relocalize the Artbook stock, therefore adding another possible 1-2 months to the process for the Artbook only. If you are also getting an ICE box, then that will ship first. You will not be charged shipping again for the Artbook if it needs to be shipped later.

ICE Companion Set, ICE Poster Set, FOUNDERS Postcard Set, ICE Coasters: We are putting March 2024 just to be safe (in our previous campaign, we made the major mistake of severely underestimating the delivery time. In order to not make that mistake again, we are padding the delivery considerably for this campaign). HOWEVER, due to the simple nature of producing these new elements, it's highly likely February or even January is more likely -- and we're doing our very best to get it done even sooner. Again, if you get any of the above already-produced items as well, those will ship first, and then the newer items ship early next year.

The shipping estimates below are for each reward or bundle if gotten individually, though if getting multiple rewards together there may be a reduction in the overall shipping cost (as you can see with the Hero pledges).

IMPORTANT

The shipping costs above are merely our best estimates at the time of campaign launch, and are subject to change. We will be charging for shipping later within the Gamefound pledge manager, shortly after the campaign concludes. If your pledge contains an ICE box or physical Artbook, please make sure to complete your pledge manager as soon as possible to receive those items sooner. For all other items, we will keep the pledge manager open for a short while, but we will also appreciate a quick turn-around in order to get the best estimates needed for production and the quickest possible turn-around.

COUNTRIES NOT LISTED

Due to the special nature of this campaign, we cannot guarantee that we can ship to countries that are not on this list. The cost would be too extreme (for us and you), and not make it worth it. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we will do our best to have better logistics options for future campaigns.
