Please recognize that wood is a natural product that has different structures and colours. Colour deviations are therefore unavoidable and do not justify complaints. Due to the colour treatment with stains, each workpiece is unique in its result (the colouring may differ in particular from pictures and patterns). In order to be able to offer a high standard of quality, we process high-quality materials.

By pledging to this campaign, you acknowledge that the final appearance and content of the rewards (and the campaign) are subject to change and may differ in minor deviation in from what is presented while the campaign project is active.

You acknowledge and accept that your invoice and delivery adress is part of our designated shipping zone (Germany, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, France, Luxemburg, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland or United Kingdom (Mainland except Northern Ireland, except British Isles). Addresses from other countries cannot be supplied. Any cancellation regarding not supplied countries after the end of the campaign will lead to a reduced refund. We will reduce repayment by 10%.

You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your reward as entered into the pledge manager, that title and risk pass to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods.

Pledge Manager

This campaign will use a pledge manager on Gamefound that will become available approximately 2 weeks after the end of the campaign. Access to the pledge manager will be granted via email to anyone who pledges for a reward within the campaign. All backers are required to complete the pledge manager process to confirm their pledge and providing their shipping address. If you do not complete your order via the pledge manager by the closing date, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. The pledge manager will remain open for maximum of 4 weeks, and the closing date of the pledge manager will be communicated in advance via a Gamefound update. All backers that wish to receive a reward for this campaign must make sure to confirm their order by the pledge manager closing date. We may, at our discretion, refund your pledge minus 10% after this time if you contact us within 2 weeks of the pledge manager closing date.
