Shipping isn't included in your Late Pledge and will be managed once we open the Pledge Manager phase near delivery. We will charge you the actual shipping cost to your location and give preference to the cheapest service with tracking and insurance, which most likely will be USPS for most locations. All packages will ship from our HQ in Orlando, FL.

Gamefound will collect VAT for European customers for both the product and shipping charges. Nothing we can do here, folks; that's how taxes work. For other countries/regions, local agencies and/or postal service charges customs fees and other taxes at delivery.

As a rough estimate (Mar 2023), if you order the Collector's Edition, please reserve $16 (NA customers), $40 (UK/EU), and $50 (other regions) as a ballpark for shipping to avoid surprises. If you are ordering only the hardcover book, please save around $20 for addresses outside the US. It could be more or less, depending on the product's final weight, method of shipping, and current rates. Again, you will be charged actual shipping rates from the carriers at the time of shipping.

We want to work with you so you can get our game in your hands, so no matter what happens, let's chat and try to find solutions. We will try our best to deliver to any country, with the following clear exceptions: Central America, Argentina, China, and countries facing commercial sanctions like Russia, Cuba, Iran, etc. If we exhaust all means to get the physical goods to you, we will reissue, at the very least, a partial refund (possibly minus fees, taxes, and other funds spent trying to get the original package to you; each case will be different). We reserve the right to cancel any orders and offer a full refund if something changes and we find ourselves unable to ship to a country not listed here. Again, we will try our best to ensure you are happy with your pledge.

The retailer package tier is only available to continental US addresses.
