Now the crowdfunding campaign is over, supporters can request a refund for 91% of their pledge, provided the games have not yet left the factory. The 9% deduction covers payment processing charges, Gamefound fees and administrative fees.

Once the games have left the factory, no refund is possible.

Please note that if you have not paid in EUR, your refund amount may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations.

Upon delivery of the game, if any game component is damaged or missing, please reach out to us via email and we would be happy to provide a replacement.
