Panda Game Manufacturing is a world renowned tabletop game manufacturer. They focus on industry-leading component quality and service, and are responsible for producing thousands of tabletop game titles.

Gambler’s Warehouse is a trusted, all in-house crowdfunding project fulfillment center with years of experience in order processing and the packaging and shipment of playing cards. They are well known in the crowdfunding community for their speed of delivery and exceptional care of the items that are being handled.

Gamefound is a reliable and easy-to-use crowdfunding and pledge management service for creators. We will also be using Gamefound after the campaign ends to collect shipping and to offer add-ons.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be charged via the Gamefound pledge manager after the campaign ends. Charging shipping after the campaign allows us to more accurately charge shipping and to keep the funding goal lower.

Delivery dates are estimates only. This is due to a number of factors including manufacturing, shipping, and fulfillment. We are conservative with our delivery estimates. In the event that a delay occurs, we will communicate it to our backers.

Our partners do not currently ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Laos, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen. This list is subject to change.   If you are in one of these countries you could try shipping it to a different address or using a parcel forwarding service.

Backers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that their packages may be subject to at the time of delivery.

Shipping costs are continuing to increase. While we are doing our best to keep shipping costs as reasonable/low as possible, we are constrained by the pricing models established by our partners. Thank you for understanding.

Gamefound will collect applicable EU/UK VAT during crowdfunding. This will be collected in two stages - for the pledge in crowdfunding and for shipping and additional items in the pledge manager.

We appreciate our international backers and we want to keep being able to offer our projects to you. \(˃ᴗ˂)/ ♡

VAT is a sales tax that is separate from import taxes or duties. For Europe, we are obligated to collect and pay VAT on the value of the total of the pledge and shipping amount according to the VAT rates of each respective country.

US creators are required to collect VAT for goods under €150/£135 being sent to the EU and/or UK. We do not profit from that money, it goes to your country's government. In order to comply with these laws, any pledge total (pledge + shipping) under €150/£135 being sent to the EU and/or UK will have VAT collected and remitted on your behalf by Gamefound.

Gamefound also collects VAT on pledges over the €150/£135 threshold, however, they do not directly remit those collected taxes. Since neither we nor our current fulfillment partner are capable of handling remitting those taxes, our previous policy limited EU/UK backers to below the threshold.

However, we are exploring other fulfillment options, so that our EU/UK backers can now pledge normally without restriction. There is no need to contact us first. If needed, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Safety, Equity, and Diversity in the Workplace

PandaGM (our manufacturer) adheres to the Amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) Code of Conduct and maintains the BSCI certification. Panda’s factory is fully air-conditioned for worker comfort, meets ISO worker health and safety standards, and follows the OHSAS requirements for occupational health and safety. Panda is also certified in ICTI’s Ethical Toy Program and ISO14001.

Environmentally Friendly Factories

Pandas’s factory is FSC-certified. They use soy-based inks and water-based varnishes across their products. Their standard cardboard components contain 30% recycled material and their standard shipping cartons contain 100% recycled material. Their waste paper and plastics are reused or recycled as much as possible.

Long-lasting Design

The game will be manufactured with high quality components so that it can be enjoyed through many playthroughs. Your game will live happily in your game library and on your table, then perhaps passed along or donated to a future game-lover, until one day it becomes a tsukumogami — okay, maybe not quite that long, but you never know.
