We guarantee that your rewards will arrive at your address without you having to pay any additional fees or taxes in order to accept delivery. If you are asked to pay extra to receive your pledge shipment, please email us at service@crafty-games.com so we can address the issue.

Taxes & Fees

Every country has different taxes and fees associated with rewards for Kickstarter pledges. By and large, most countries have now determined that crowdfunding rewards are taxable as if they are online purchases.

When you complete your pledge, you will also be required to pay any taxes for your country, including any Value-Added Tax (VAT). The only exceptions are for shipping destinations in Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Kuwait, Macao, Malaysia, The Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, The United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, as fulfillment through VFI Asia does not incur VAT fees in these countries only.

Restricted Countries

We apologize that we cannot ship to Afghanistan, American Samoa, Antarctica, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, the Christmas Islands, Cuba, Guernsey, Jersey, Laos, Libya, Mauritius, Melilla, Mongolia, Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Pitcairn, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Wallis and Futuna.

Our 'Backers First' Commitment

We use warehouses in Asia, Greece, Canada, and the USA. We guarantee that in each region, backer orders - including retail backer orders - will be sent out before we offer this game to new customers and distribution in that region.

Once all backer rewards are shipped from a regional warehouse, we will wait at least 2 weeks before we make Tabriz available for broader sale in that region. This may result in new customers in one region receiving their orders before backers in another region. We have found over the course of previous campaigns and regular pre-orders that there is no way around this. Some regions take much, much longer to fulfill than others and it's vital to any new product launch that a game not be held back during peak demand.
