4 Factions

The Art of War: Card Game is a non-collectable tabletop game where you can lead one of four factions and fight for dominance in fierce card battles in which you can challenge as many as three opponents! There are four factions to choose from:

The Kingdom of Etlia is a kingdom of the middle lands, which for a long time existed without wars and gave the world many literature and art masterpieces of. Its culture is known far beyond the borders of the kingdom, but the civil war made the country easy prey in the eyes of its neighbors. The self-defense units of Etlia are not so strong, but the heroes of these lands are able to inspire the troops by restoring their health and recruit additional units under their banners.
Nordkönigraich is the kingdom of the north, a nation that has tempered its character in centuries of incessant wars. Artillery, battle mages and warriors of this faction can unleash all their power and fury on the enemies of the Kaiser and inflict large damage upon them, from which they can never recover.

The Sarioantian Empire which was once the most powerful nation on the continent, is now in a political crisis. Despite the shaky position and unrest in society, its new leader intends to return the empire to greatness. This faction specializes in covert operations that can leave the enemy without an army and disrupt enemy strategy before Sarioantia deploys its main forces.
The Greatunion Tsardom is a religious kingdom of the east, in which the practice of magic is prohibited. However, despite the absence of magicians in the ranks of its troops, the troops of this nation are the most powerful and disciplined, and clerics give protection to soldiers from enemy magic attacks.

Non-collectible Card Game

This game is non-collectible card game and you do not need to hunt for new cards. The game focuses directly on the four factions and their distinctive tactics, and not on the collectible aspect. Therefore, the game is ready to play immediately after purchase.

Support of up to 4 players

This game is intended for a larger number of players than it is customary in such games. Basically, games of this kind are designed for two players, but The Art of War can be played with up to 4 people at the same time.

Social game

This game is more social than other similar card games. The outcome of the game in play sessions with more than two players depends not only on the tactical abilities of the player, but also on the talent to persuade, manipulate or cooperate. Playing in “deathmatch” mode, pitting opponents against each other can mean more than good military tactics, and in “alliance” mode, the cooperation of two different factions can open the way to powerful moves and combinations.

Reach replayability

There are many different modes available in the game, which can be combined with each other in order to get a rich gaming experience.

Different time options: long game and quick game.
Different game options: 1 on 1, "Deathmatch" for three or four players, Military alliance mode for four players.
Different rule options: Classic rules, "Iron Will", "Gold and Silver".
