No need to add business data for each project, My Projects improvements and more

KYC
my projects
Starting now, all creators who have been onboarded and have completed the KYC process won't need to do it again for future projects. Sounds good, right?
For those of you who have already gone through the KYC process in recent months - your data has been remembered and you won't have to go through it again for upcoming projects. For other existing creators, you may have to go through the KYC for your next project, but you'll be set to go for all the following ones.

If at any point you need to change your data, don't worry - simply contact your Key Account Manager, and they'll be sure to take care of it. There may also be cases in which our payment processing partner Adyen may ask to update the data, in which the creator will be informed that he must complete it before the campaign starts.

My Projects filtering

You may have already noticed changes in the My Projects icon.
However, we've also made sure to make the My Projects section as useful as can be, by introducing better filtering options and a clearer view of what you're following, backing, and so on. The most important change is that once you put the filtering options to work, they will stay in place until you decide to turn them off – even if you leave the page, the marked filters will be left unchanged when you come back.
PayPal refunds

We've got more good news for creators. You can now refund backer transactions made with PayPal within the last 2 years. Up until now, this option was only available for payments made within the past 6 months. Creators don't have to worry about returning money to the backer outside of Gamefound within this timeframe.

If you run into any issues or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We're dedicated to ensuring your experience on our platform is smooth sailing.

To all of our creators, don't forget to check out our discord.

We'll see you in the next update! We're working on something very special...
