Q: Will it be possible to ask for a refund or to cancel my pledge?

A: There will be no refunds, unless we realize some item is much too complicated to ship to your location. In this case, we will refund you entirely for anything we may not send to you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Q: How much time do I have to answer the Pledge Manager?

A: 8 weeks. Past that date, you agree that we've done our obligations towards you. Once you receive a notification from the Pledge Manager to answer your survey and give your information, you have 8 weeks to confirm your pledge. If you do not do so past that date, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for payment or donations received. Although you may contact us past that 8 weeks’ notice if you want to discuss and we may update your information. Any pledge tied to a Pledge Manager survey with no information after those 8 weeks will be considered as a donation. (But we'd much rather have you play the game.)

DELIVERIES

Q: Who's responsible during deliveries?

A: We're responsible for sending the package exactly where you asked. Once the package is being handled by a common carrier, you're responsible for making sure it gets to you. If you do confirm your pledge and enter your information within the 8-week mark, you agree that our responsibility to you is to send your pledge rewards according to the information you entered into our pledge manager system. Once the package is being handled by a common carrier, that responsibility passes to you, and you are responsible for any import duties that may need to be paid to ensure the package reaches you.
