Reflinks hide top banner

With your feedback, we changed the way we display top banners to visitors. Now, backers who enter your campaign using a reflink, won't see the top banner of another campaign. We understand you want to keep all the attention on your campaign, so we won't promote any projects in top banners when opened through a referral link.

The top banners will still appear if the campaign is visited from any other source. We want to keep this cross promotion available to all of you (and it's free!) to give your projects more spotlight.

Custom weight units

Good news for US creators! Previously, all product weights were shown in kg. Now, you can set up your project's shipping weight in the units you actually use. The selected unit will be displayed in product details. Exports that require weight in kilograms will be automatically filled with the correct data (converted to kg).

New shipping export formats
We added new shipping hubs in the orders export. Now, you can export files for Gamerati and ShipQuest Backer.

Mobile Pay
A new payment option appeared. If you’re from Finland (EUR) and Denmark (DKK), you can use this payment option at checkout now.

Top tags in comments
You can now see a list of the most popular tags in a project, ordered starting with the most popular one. The list includes up to 10 tags.

Product configuration changes

Great news for creators - now it's possible to add an item to a set and make an update to all orders containing it. However, due to the security measures, this option is available only through your Key Account Manager. So, if you want to add something to an existing set, let your KAM know.

Improved "Transactions" export file

We've made some changes to the export file for transactions. Payment ID has changed to Provider reference. Payout number appeared next to Payout date. We also added Creator name and Project name.

Follow button on mobile

Now it's even easier to follow the projects you love on your mobile. We added a floating button on the project page and you're just one tap away from expanding your "followed project" list.

Summary
We started the year with a look back at how we did in 2023, but we keep working every day to make the platform the best it can be for both creators and backers. This means we’re developing the platform by taking small steps while making greater changes possible in the future. Stay tuned! As always, the comment section is all yours.
