PayPal available in Stretch Pay

You can now choose PayPal to pay for their orders using the Stretch Pay feature. PayPal is available in three currencies - USD, EUR, and GBP. At this moment, the PayPal payment option is limited to specific projects.

Shipping setup changes

Now, as a creator, you can set up additional shipping fees that are required by certain shipping hubs. This option is available in advanced shipping model settings.
You can also set a minimum shipping cost for every model (this is available in the general settings).

We also added an option to calculate shipping cost based on volumetric weight.
What’s more, now you can assign shipping zones to sublocations. This way, you can add precise weight-based pricing for shipping to these sublocations.
Shipping setup is described in detail here.

Account reserve balance

We added an option to secure funds for refunds in project finances. The reserve balance will not be taken into consideration in payouts. You can change the amount in the reserve at any time.

Removing imported pledges

In case anything goes wrong when importing pledges, you can now easily remove the last import. We added an option to revert the import so you can edit anything you need and import the pledges again. This works in the pledge manager draft (after finishing crowdfunding).
If any of the orders get edited after the import, they will be marked as edited in the export file. Remember that if any of the imported orders gets edited, the feature will not remove it.

Summing up

As you can see, we’re introducing a lot of quality-of-life changes to the shipping setup to meet your expectations. We’re also working on expanding the payment options on Gamefound. There are more tweaks on the way, so stay tuned! As always, the comment section is all yours.
